Summary
Writing every day activities in the proper order using personal feelings, experiences and thoughts is ‘journal writing’. I sometimes write my journal and it has mainly narrative tense, means past (a). Journal not only tells what happened but also reflects feelings and impressions on the event (b). Journal writing is not limited to the academicians; it is valuable to every person who wants to record life. BP Koirala’s Jail Journal is the most popular book of Nepali Journal.
April 24, 1975 Malibu
The wide river was calm in the early breeze (air) with twinkling stars reflected in the pond. The leafless trees were across the river. The village was still, owls and the parrots were calm. Insects, too, were waiting breathlessly for sun. The river was motionless and the boats were lampless. Everything was mysterious; it was timeless moment of meditation; as mind, which is timeless without measure. It is difficult to measure time and their lasting in all living things.
The sun rose over the trees awakening the river, leaves and all life. The morning was beautiful, lovely and pure. It pervaded deathless beauty and joy of compassion. But the presence of ‘you’ was not there. The presence of the existence is instable and uncertain. Nothingness is present there; which has stability and clarity. This wholly stable never dies. The world of becoming is in the nothingness and the stability, or meaning cannot be measured ecause thought has no category. We might desire to capture meaning, nothingness is not reality, but it is truth. In reality, there is no stability and pure clarity. So, knowledge of the self is time, length, volume and it can be gained. This knowledge won’t free the mind, there is burden and to see it is truth. What we see is our achievement and achievement comes from nothingness. Feeling of nothingness is knowledge.

Every living being has its own way of life, but man tries to assume his superiority over others and makes a blunder and becomes corrupted. All natural phenomena; trees, valleys, mountains, sun rising, snow fall, clear sky go on in their own distinctive way. Nature is grandeur, comes timeless, beautiful and vivid. Time is a key factor to breed consciousness, content and knowledge. Everything moves, everything is dynamic and everything becomes empty at the moment. In the moment of nothingness, everything is present. Total negation has positive essence.Timeless insight is necessary. It is the matter of thought.
